stockscore.uk is a product of Zastras Ltd (Company number SC832156), a company registered in Scotland with its registered office at 48 West George Street, 2nd Floor, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 1BP.
2. FCA Status
Zastras Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
3. Nature of the Service
StockScore provides company and market data and applies a fixed quantitative formula to generate mathematical comparisons between companies. It does not provide personal recommendations, suitability assessments, portfolio management, dealing, arranging, custody or trade execution.
4. Meaning of Formula Results
StockScore formula results indicate how closely companies match the published criteria and weightings in the methodology (see the Methodology page). They do not state whether a security should be bought, sold or held and do not predict future investment performance.
5. Your Responsibility
StockScore does not take account of your personal circumstances, financial position, objectives or tolerance for loss. If you require advice based on your circumstances, consult an FCA-authorised financial adviser.
6. Subscription Fees
The fee charged for a subscription is for access to our software, formula results, and historical data; it is not a fee for advice or any regulated activity. Subscribing does not create an advisory relationship between you and Zastras Ltd.
7. Regulatory Protections
Zastras Ltd is not FCA-authorised. The Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme do not apply to StockScore as though it were an FCA-authorised investment-advice service. See also our Risk Disclosure.
