1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StockScore ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StockScore is a financial-data and quantitative software platform that applies a disclosed formula to company and market data and provides formula results, component metrics, historical information, research tools and portfolio record keeping. The Service is a product of Zastras Ltd (Company number SC832156), a company registered in Scotland with its registered address at 48 West George Street, 2nd Floor, Glasgow, G2 1BP. Zastras Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide financial advice, dealing, arranging, custody or execution services.
3. Formula Results and Methodology
Formula results, component scores and formula positions generated by the Service are mathematical outputs of a disclosed, version-controlled formula applied to company and market data. They are not personal recommendations, forecasts of future performance, or a determination that any security is appropriate for you. Using the Service does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and Zastras Ltd. The formula methodology may change over time through version-controlled updates; see the changelog on the Methodology page for a record of any such changes.
4. Data Accuracy
Company and market data displayed through the Service may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it for any purpose.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or disrupt its functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and tools available through the Service are the property of Zastras Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.
7. Subscription and Billing
A valid payment card is required to sign up. Your subscription is charged immediately at the fee disclosed at the time of purchase (currently £8.99 per month) and renews monthly thereafter, charged to your payment method on file. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancelling stops future renewal but you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Subscription fees are payment for access to StockScore's software and data features; they are not a fee for advice or any regulated activity.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. StockScore does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided. In no event shall Zastras Ltd or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for reasons such as: breach of these Terms, non-payment of subscription fees, suspected fraudulent or unlawful use, or misuse that risks the security, availability or integrity of the Service for other users. Except where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect the security of the Service or other users (for example, suspected fraud or a security incident), we will give you advance notice and a reasonable chance to resolve the issue before suspending or terminating your access. You may cancel your own account at any time from your account settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
